This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The Kidnapper Witch is mentioned only in one ancient and almost forgotten tale, but the unfortunate Smeagol is a painful reminder of the truth behind that legend. For some time, the witch lurked near the house of an unsuspecting dragonkeeper. One dark night, she broke into the house and stole a precious Sapphire egg. For days, the dragonkeeper sought for the lost egg, desperate to rescue it before its time ran out. She even asked for help from the Sapphire dragons who lived in the forest, but they were distrustful of humans and precious time was lost trying to convince them to lend their aid. At last, they agreed to assist, and together they finally stumbled upon the witch's hidden hut. The egg was nearly dead from neglect. Its shiny shell, once reminiscent of the gemstone, had turned completely green. The little dragon was rescued, but his heart had been scarred; he was aggressive and fearful. Determined to regain his trust, the dragonkeeper swore to love and protect him forever.
