Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Kind and caring, Solasin is sometimes known as the 'Den Mother,' for she helps look after all the other eggs and hatchlings of the group in Phoenixlover's land, including her own. It is no small task, according to Solasin, but she is willing to help. She is a gentle soul, who doesn't like disputes, but is very intelligent, and has a very soothing voice that helps her calm frightened hatchlings. Since she is nocturnal, how she makes her job work is during the day, she will sleep curled up with eggs and hatchlings, so that the mother dragons are free to go off and hunt without fear for their young, and she can still get sleep. And at night she awakens, keeping watch over the Den and now and then using her feathered wings to keep them warm and safe from nighttime chills. And what makes her work a bit easier is that her kind only eat plants, so she has easy access to food so she doesn't need to leave the den for long, and she gathers energy from the moon, as do other dragons of her kind.
