Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, smaller in females, aiding both in digging up food and protection from attack. Females are noticeably brighter than males due to their habit of not straying far from particularly algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

When this wyvern first heard of the shadow walker scribe who recorded dragon's tales and shared them throughout the world, she was delighted. Finally, someone to whom she could tell the long, amazing, and miraculous story of her life! Joining the end of a very long line of dragons, she waited patiently until sundown, when at long last she found herself nose-to-nose with the famed scribe. Spreading her wings, arching back her serpentine throat, the flamingo wyvern proceeded to tell her everything, the amazing discoveries, the daring escapes, the fantastic wonders that filled her life.

The tale took a few hours, and when she finished, the shadow walker was... dozing. The wyvern was not impressed. But she was even less impressed by what came next.

Snapping awake, the shadow walker offered her a cheery smile before responding "Got it! Loves pink, eats peaches, and has a bad case of gout. Ok, next!"

"NO NO NO NO NO THAT'S--"

But it was too late, and the wyvern hates the scribe to this day.
