Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

SilverBlue is a strong dragon, and he is also very smart. He spends his days trying to impress the female dragons. He has had many mates, so he lost count of how many children and mates he had. He never really had a real relationship and this didn't seem to bother him. Although he tries to look cool and tough, he enjoys spending time reading books or bombarding the others in history terms and other such things, but he keeps this side more secret, afraid that the ladies won't like him anymore, since he knows they prefer a tough male to protect them rather than a smart dragon. He then met SunLight, who he thought was just going to be a fake love, but she proved to be much more difficult to get, since she wasn't interested in dragons that are all about muscles. Frustrated, he asked why she didn't like him. She replied that she liked if her mate was smart and so SilverBlue realized this relationship was going to be much more real that the other 'fake' ones he had. And he was right.
