Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Quirrandii is a childish and superstitious dragon. He loves playing around, much like a newly hatched dragon, and believes fullheartedly about those old superstitions that the hatchlings pass around. For example, he is very skeptical about black gryphons (if a black gryphon crosses your path you will have bad luck), opening wings to their full extent within a small cave (never fully outstretch your wings inside the cave), and walking under a stone archway. Quirrandii usually carries various good luck charms with him, like rabbit's feet and minotaur hooves.
