White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Viyatri was found abandoned just hours out of her egg in a small tangle of weeds, clutching a twig that she had found, her blue eyes sparkling curiously; she was rather thin and tired, and looked rather misshapen for her first few years, but after a while grew up into a majestic white dragon. She spent almost all of her time reading, constantly going through every book she could find, retaining almost everything she had learned; soon, she had found her own cave and filled it with books upon books until she had to find a green dragon to expand the cave. She now lives in that cave, known as the most knowledgeable dragon in her parts, still collecting books. The twig that was found with her she has grown with magic until now it is a beautiful staff that she cherishes. She dreams of one day sharing all her books and knowledge with the world so that everyone would be as enlightened as her.
