Royal Crimson Dragons are so named due to their massive size and confident, regal bearing. Most of the time they are laid back, ignoring non-prey creatures smaller than themselves, although they will occasionally take fresh kills from other dragons as a reminder of their place in the social order. Although there are few other dragons large enough to pose a threat to Royal Crimsons, they have little tolerance for potential rivals and will fiercely defend their territory from such intruders.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Also known as Yt. As a hatchling, his parents never liked him because Yt was too different from them to fit in. Yt was quiet and reserved, unlike his self righteous relatives. Because of this difference, Yt was usually given the short end of the branch up til he was old enough to take care of himself.

Upon leaving, Yt realized that he was free to do what ever he wanted without being punished for it. It is unknown whether his parents cared deep inside or not on the behalf of his absence, as Yt vowed that he never wold speak to them again.

Despite being humble for a Royal Crimson, Yt is regarded by his friends as one of the most noble and majestic of all Crimsons. He lives in a wasteland with lava lakes with his adopted family, consisting only of his friends Ian and Mal. When it comes time to hunt, Yt prefers to stay behind if possible, putting it off (knowing Mal or Ian will come back with food), hence being called the Pro Procrastinator.
