Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The egg from which this dragon hatched was brought to the keeper of this scroll as a generous gift, and the dragon started showing signs of having a generous nature himself from a very young age.

Although he never saw her, he must have heard his mother singing while he was still in his egg, for he is very fond of music and can often be heard humming melodies to himself which he could only have learned from her.

He also inherited a great deal of his father's personality, and shares his grandfather's interest in his family's fascinating history. His most prized possession is a book his grandfather gave him, with the stories of all his family members in it and the picture of a kind of angelic-looking young dragon on the front cover. The very varied lives and personalities described in this book taught him to respect all creatures and never judge them without knowing the reason for their behaviour. He believes that all life should be celebrated.
