Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Unlike the other hatchlings, this one hatched with wings.

And look! Its back legs have become a second set of wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Sayomi's mother is Keanna, and her Father is Jackel. She likes to be alone and is also very quiet. Sayomi loves the darkness and only likes the company of her mother. She is one of the only hatchlings in her owner's cave that is stuck as a hatchling.  Sayomi is sad as to she will never have any eggs, but grateful to her owner to save her from death by doing so. She will find someone in the future; maybe Sayomi will even fall in love as a hatchling. Who knows and maybe, just maybe, Sayomi's owner will make them a hatchling forever, to spend all eternity with her, together, forever.
