Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Though she is  made out of paper, Evip has a firey temper. She is constantly getting into fights with the other dragons in her clan, even though the most damage she can inflict is a nasty paper cut. <br/>Being made of paper isn't a good thing when you live around fire-breathing dragons, and Toad has had to stop Evip from being burnt to a crisp more than once. Still, she continues trying to attack other dragons, never learning.
