White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Divus is the healer called in to deal with the most difficult patients. No matter how stubbornly a dragon refuses to take his medication or how much the patient insists that the last healer who worked on him fixed him right up with a quick spell, Divus doesn't waver. He always finds a way to trick the patient into swallowing the herbs, drinking the potion, or letting a strong medical aide dragon close to them. Of course, the aide dragon then restrains the patient until a healer has cleaned and bandaged the wound.

The patients might hate him afterwards, but at least they got the best care possible, and that's all that matters.
