Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Hedai, named for his favorite food the silver sea bream (Sparus sarba), he likes to venture out over the East China Sea in search of his favorite food. Because of his unique coloration many mainland hunters and local fisherman have tried to capture this beautiful dragon in hopes of selling his scales on the Black Market. Thankfully, all of them have failed miserably in their attempts.

However, for sport, Hedai will fly directly over a fisherman's boat, teasing the humans he crosses paths with, and tempting them to try and capture this rare dragon for themselves. Nevertheless, despite the efforts of countless humans, Hedai remains a free and wild dragon. Because of his daring nature many female dragons have their eye on Hedai. However, none have caught his eye. Many wonder if Hedai will every marry.
