Terrae Dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The dance of Llyra through the woodlands is a thing of immense beauty. The current mate of Tanoth the Dragon King, the gentle Terra is a collector of lore, be it human, draconic or otherwise. She speaks an innumerable number of languages and knows more tales than can be told in a human's lifetime. Beside her knowledge, Llyra is an ever-vigilant protector of the world's woodlands. Her bond with Tanoth has given her some of his magic, and with it she is able to heal and rejuvenate forests ravaged by the elements and hands of the careless both. Soft-spoken, possessing unearthly grace in spite of her size and wise beyond the wisest human sage, anyone who would listen to or tell a tale, a song or a poem and harbors love for the majesty of nature can always find pleasant conversation and perhaps even a friend in Llyra, but woe unto those who seek to bring harm to that which she watches over.
