And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.
Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Despite his small size and permanent childhood, Ramoscello is not to be underestimated. He has a famous temper, and a quick wit to match. His cunning is far greater than it would seem, and his plans often make sense only with him. When paired with his similarly sized partner, Bogota, he is as capable as fully-grown dragons. He has formed something of a mafia of hatchlings, carrying out petty crimes and even murderous acts. One could decide to treat him like any other child, but they might be in want of a couple of limbs because of it.
