Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Nightink's responsibilities in the old Weyr were as a sort of combination record-keeper and hobbyist scribe; with claws constantly stained in dyes from crushed herbs and berries, he created pictures and symbols that decorated the walls of his personal cave. However, with his illustrious but long lineage, he found himself chased from his home by the usurping King Yule, leaving behind, tragically, all those years of work. His records, his paintings, all of it remains in the old Featherwing Weyr, where he can't reference it or see it or... It's just tragic. He's a fussy dragon anyway, perfectionistic and temperamental, and so being separated from his art like this, well, it just won't do!

He's tried to recreate some of his work, but still laments daily the loss of his original works on the cave walls back home.
