Failed attempts to experiment with magic often result in transforming dragons into these hellish creatures. They are extremely dangerous, and will mindlessly kill any living creature without regard to friend or foe.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Taltuli was once a great protector to a small tribe of humans. He was there upon its creation, and he pledged to valiantly defend its people, as the founder had once saved his life. The tribe members worshipped him; they made him temples and gave offerings of delicious foods. For centuries, Taltuli watched over the tribe, until one day he found himself under attack. Invaders came, aided by powerful dragons Taltuli had never before seen. He fought with all his might, but they were simply too strong and he fell before them. The tribespeople were grief-stricken, and on hallows-eve his body was brought to a shrine. They made every effort to revive him, to no avail. In their sorrow, they discovered a risky spell, and decided to try it. Taltuli's body arose from the shrine, but he was not fixed. His body was still mangled and his scales tinted green. The people fled, fearing their creation. Some say he still wanders the outskirts of the tribe, silently killing any threats that come near.
