Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Whimsa, though not a living dragon, is a joy to the community of dragons.  It does amusing little actions such as chasing butterflies or entertaining the hatchlings with its fanned paper tail.  At times, the other dragons find themselves treating Whimsa as though it were a living, breathing dragon.  Whimsa, though often mischievous or annoying, can always evoke a laugh from even the most stoic dragon.
