White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Aie's desire is to gain full acceptance from Naryar, even though she knows that it is highly unlikely due to her half-breed nature. She is a very nurturing dragon who takes kindly to the eggs and hatchlings, purebred or no. Whenever an egg dies or gets lost, she sheds hot-white tears.

Unlike many white dragons, Aie seems to radiate brilliant light about her. It is said that sometimes, if one pays enough attention, there is a faint silver or gold glow in her aura. That is why many say that she must be descended from one of the fabulous gold and silver dragons, among others.
