White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gentle and pleasant, Shilanthil acts as the main Healer of the Lair; her friendly demeanor makes her very popular among all the dragons in the cave, but she's rather shy, and won't easily socialize with them. She's particularly fond of hatchlings, and will do her best to heal them, should they get injured or sick, spending entire days to take care of them, if it is needed. She seldom leaves the lair, being afraid that some tragedy might occur just because she wasn't there to help; instead, other dragons (like Selerior and Shyllia) will bring her what she needs, so that she can remain vigilant and ready. Even Eirin will sometimes sprout non-poisonous berries to feed her, in times of need.
