Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When Lunaosity was just a hatchling he was badly wounded by other dragons until his new owner found him and got her dragons to scare the other dragons off before she crouched next to him, he was covered in blood and his barely formed wings where broken. His owner took good care of him and he made a full recovery. His scales seemingly changed to add the white swirls which can now be seen clearly on his arms, this represents the love he has for his owner.
