Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The last queen of the Royal valley, Atuga fought to keep her families' throne, and fought to keep her people happy. Years of uncertainty and rumours of madness in the Rahargan line had destroyed hope in the monarchy, meaning Atuga had an uphill battle from the start. Luckily, her natural charisma aided her reign, and she was well loved by most of her subjects. Despite this success, Atuga never produced any eggs, leading some to believe she was cursed for her ancestors' misdeeds.

During Atugas' reign, a rebel group formed, spurred on by this rumour of a 'curse'. They spread lies about the queen, claiming it was a sign she and her family were no longer fit to rule the valley. Atuga was outraged by this, and in her impulsiveness she executed a number of the rebels. This barbaric action lead many to doubt their queen, and having had time to think over her decision, Atuga realised she had been wrong. Disgusted with herself, she decided to abdicate, ending her families' centuries long rule.
