Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Imperial Herald,

the messenger,

carried news far throughout the land,

from one kingdom to another,

be it nearer or farther,

to lords and ladies grand!

He was the best,

he beat the rest,

he was favored by all,

but alas he became,

tired of his life,

and his ranking began to fall!

He wanted no more than a quiet place,

where he could rest in peace,

and not be bothered to send messages,

to various kings and queens,

so seeking relaxation,

he ran away from the nations,

to live in the wilderness,

at ease!

But Imperial Herald pined for company,

living alone was dull,

he wanted to have a family,

not just him, himself, with no one at all,

so seeking friends and a companion,

he found his current clan,

and he was thus welcomed by them all,

his new life had began!

He lives happily ever since,

not surrounded by nobility,

but rather by all of his dragon friends,

living in serenity!
