Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lustre Noir means Black Luster in French. Lustre Noir is not a kind dragon. He gets very irritated with hatchlings, including his own. He will chase hatchlings that aren't his own around until another adult steps in.

On some occasions he will pick fights with different adult dragons. These fights most often occur with Lumire Dore. He fights with Lumire Dore because he is always getting between Lustre Noir and hatchling's fights.

Lustre Noir is a loner. He dose not have many friends, and rarely hangs out with other dragons. He loves to explore new caves, and once he maps them out, he uses them as hiding places. Most dragons stay away from his caves.

Lustre Noir spends most of the daytime in his caves or mapping out new ones. At night, however, he will come out to have some fun. He will sometimes pull small pranks on other dragons. Other times he will fly through the night sky. If you see a black mist zoom through the night sky, you probably just saw Lustre Noir.
