Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Paperflight is pretty much an ordinary dragon, except that he's made out of paper. Despite being susceptible to fire, he is friends with many of the fire-breathing dragons that belong to Lightningstreak, especially Red Flames, the frozen red hatchling. But, Paperflight usually flies out, alone, on a clear night, to brood and hope that someday, someday he will have a female paper companion, lest he die alone.
