When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Water Kurosu is the love interest of all the male dragons in her clan (including her siblings who are male) but she doesn't have a single interest in any of them... not even if Crystal Garess tried to have her as his mate. The reason why she won't mate yet, is because for some reason she wants to intermarry with her future brother (the siblings that were mentioned are just the dragons she grew alongside with) that has yet to come. No one knows why but it's probably cause' her father (Water Kai) didn't have a sibling to marry nor did his own mother (Water Sorrow) who also didn't have a sibling to marry either, so Water Kurosu maybe wants to be the first.
