Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Viridis is the clan's temperamental earth dragon. Most of Viridis's day is spent gardening and collecting rocks. He keeps occupied from others as he isn't the most charismatic. He becomes temperamental when he's bothered, particularly if his gardens are disturbed. Navitas is constantly on his nuisance list as she tends to recklessly race through his things. Viridis's past may also be a reason for his bitter shell. He was found by the clan as an egg, abandoned as an experiment to turn neglected. He was quickly hatched and grew without complications, but the past still leaves scars. Through Viridis can still be bitter, he does have a soft spot when the clan hatchlings come by to play.
