This little one is extremely intelligent for her age.... and species. Thanks to obebe the Magi Dragon, she has learned how to telepathically communicate with the others in her pack. Not to mention that she is very good at giving medical advice. Humans and Dragons alike consult to her for her knowledge. She often gathers her herbs from Dandelion's gardens. Dr Bab is the only bird Loustar hasn't quite taken a liking to. It Loves to follow Loustar around, often trying to give her advice due to decrepit appearance.
