Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Found inside an Egyptian temple thousands of years in the past, this one was considered a gift from the own sun god (even this being not true).

Her best friend was the young pharaoh. She loved him deeply like a brother and everyone considered her as part of the royal family.

However one day the pharaoh died of a mysterious disease prematurely. Not supporting the death of her beloved brother she flew away and never returned. She is extremely gentle while is also extremely reserved and prefers to avoid contact with humans. She spends her days flying through the desert and since then rarely touches the ground. She loves to feel the warm sun on her skin and the fresh wind in her wings.

When she left Egypt there was a terrible drought and many died, many thought that this was a sign that the gods had abandoned his people but nevertheless it was just a terrible coincidence. She was just a dragon after all.
