Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its belly is bright red and it is most active in the evening.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

User Description

Red Dust Dusk Dorkface is a very independent hatchling. As soon as she hatched, she started exploring the surrounding area on her own, brushing off any other dragons who offered help or company. Her main exceptions are Cross (Cross Marian's Red Sky at Night), Anita (Anita's Red Sky in the Morning), and Dawn (Red Dust Dawn). She greatly admires Cross and tries to follow him around whenever he comes around the cave, despite his near indifference toward her. After a long night of exploring, she heads back home and curls up next to her adoptive mother, Anita, and her best friend, Dawn, just as the two are waking up. Although they live on different schedules, they try to spend as much time together as possible, often waking up early and postponing going to sleep to make the most of each day.

As Dusk got older, she began to fear that she wouldn't gender male and be like Cross, so she asked to be frozen ungendered. She will be okay if she genders female one day, but she's happy now.
