White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Phoebus possesses a name, which reflects his bright and pure personality. His Japanese epithet means "Dragon Healing Star" and displays that he belongs to "kaiachan's scroll" as all of her dragons bear one.

Following his nature, he is a pacifist and he always takes care that he is not involved in quarrels. Therefore, he prefers to be alone. In the majority of his time, he flies to a secret place, which is only known to him, using it as his hideout to sort out his thoughts. Even if he happens to see a quarrel, he just walks away.

However, if the dragons, which are involved, belong to the same scroll like him, he tends to stay and to observe the situation. Regarding "kaiachan's scroll", he is the oldest among the dragons. Therefore, he honours his duty to be a big brother for his fellow companions, despite his personal nature. As long as they come to him singly, he does not mind to heal their wounds or to hear out their worries.
