Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Penk Tinsel was the fourth tinsel dragon in GiratinaOF's cave. He is said to descend from the legendary and unique tinsel dragon Penk, whose color is said to be penk (some kind of pink). Since he's very close related to this famous dragon, it seems even he has a bright penk shine, which can easily be seen at night, but is hard to spot in the sunlight during the day.

He's almost a shy dragon, but he can fight and roar if it's necessary. But normally he's cautious, chary and not aggressive, so he prefers to stay close to GiratinaOF or the other tinsel dragons in the cave. Despite he hasn't done great feats yet, it's being told even dragons outside of GiratinaOF's cave have heard of him.
