Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Orculeus. This young dragon is the thief lord on this scroll. His gang includes Inksleep, Azkadellia the Queen, Asonna the Magnificent and Balloonbaby. If any other young dragon on the scroll disappears for a few hours completely, chances are this stealthy dragon has taken them on some mad adventure. Anywhere from climbing over rockfields or jumping into ponds, or rescuing young female dragons from non-existent danger. Or perhaps real danger. A few times, Orculeus and some of his gang have been known to do some real powerful good, rescuing meals and saving young lives from cliffs. This dragon is the unoffical leader amongest other young dragons for both mischief and hidden potential.
