Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Dilluane functions like the police of the clan. He is there to maintain order in his clan and to make sure that clan members uphold their duties and don't commit any crimes against the laws that their clan has agreed upon. Being dedicated that there is no injustice, Dilluane is incredibly unapologetic. He knows what he likes and he strives to get it. He's smart and capable of planning ahead, and also able to control his impulses. He's capable of seeing something he wants and tell himself, "oh, no, it'll be better if I do that later and not now". Possessing a lot of self control and discipline, Dilluane doesn't insist on doing the impossible. If he wants something and there's something stopping him from doing that, he'll either lose interest or step sideways and seek out a new path for it. Dilluane is brave and decisive in his actions. He has a balanced mix of strictness and freedom. Sometimes he is arrogant, but even in a crowd, his aura can be sensed easily.
