Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s very small and makes soft cooing sounds.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Teis'estrei is, to put it simply... tiny. He's far smaller than T'etair, and incredibly fragile, leading her to be very protective of him. The two little Pipios can often be found cuddled together in safe, secluded areas. Of course, on account of their size, said safe and secluded areas are often easy to reach and in plain sight -- for example, in an empty section of a bookshelf, or in an unattended washbasin.
