Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

"Oh, yes... it was awful. Simply dreadful. If you please, I'd rather not speak of it..."

The blue dragoness shifts uncomfortably as she speaks, the quiet murmur of her telepathy fading back in retreat from further questioning. Of course she dare not speak of what she has seen in the afterlife! No preparing could have her any less traumatized from being killed and then being brought back to life once more.

She has aches in her joints every now and again, her audible voice hoarse, rattling in her breath. It seems her body itself is aware that it is functioning again—unnatural after once being deceased.
