White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Meija and her mate Zikku live in their own world, which they only share with each other. They've both gone virtually insane and would rather live in the fake world they've created for themselves than face the reality.

Both were captured by Creorluna as hatchlings and raised to be Ozleda, the healing sect of the clan. They were charged with maintaining the clan between battles, ridding their patients of bacteria and virus and casting spells to prevent infection though not healing physical harm. The amount of magic they perform in a day is staggering, purging the systems of dragons that are ravaged and occasionally malnourished.

It's a lot of suffering to take in and despite their desire to alleviate that suffering, they are not permitted to heal them entirely. Meija couldn't stand it. She and her mate imagined a world where blood sparkled and pretending to be in pain was a popular game. They believed it so strongly one day, Meija woke up to a world full of sparkles and lollypops.
