Serrati Wyverns are a fierce breed of dragon typically found in volcanic areas or in desert scrubland. With their keen vision, these fearsome predators can pick out well-camouflauged prey from the slightest movement. They are named for the double rows of serrated teeth that line their beaks, which allow these wyverns to maintain an unbreakable grip on prey while they tear into their target with deadly hooked claws. Though these dragons are combative with nearly everything, they are surprisingly well-mannered when raising their offspring in communal nests. Males, however, tend to be chased off as soon as eggs are laid.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Stryker of the Hills is a female Seragamma wyvern with a very strange and irritating hobby. When Stryker sees another dragon, she enjoys flying above him or her until she's directly overhead. Then she swoops upon them, squashing them. Although Stryker never intends to seriously hurt anybody, her airborne dives have caused quite a few dragons to have to be healed by the White dragons. However, this technique has proven to be very successful when hunting.

  Stryker of the Hills dwells in a little cave in a volcano known as "The Mouth Of Thorn". Her cave is neat, although it has a permanently bad smell. Not even Stryker knows the origins of the stench and can do nothing more than sit and bear it. She is a great huntress and also a talented 'stunt flier'.

  With no mate or eggs, Stryker is very independent. She is friends with a group of female Seragamma wyverns and loves to go hunting with them often.
