And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Pick is a small dragon, barely larger than a hatchling. He makes up for his size with his talent in offensive magic. Personality wise, Pick is crude, impatient, and hot-headed, mostly due to resentment at being so small and being mistaken for a hatchling by those that don't know him. When in a fight, his agility and magical abilities serve him well, but ideally his larger sister Gorck provides a distraction, while Pick circles and attacks from the rear.
