Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Xiao Lyu Yu ("Little Green Jade") collects precious and semi-precious samples of jadeite and serpentine while exploring the caverns beneath the herbal gardens of Pa Xiu Cao. She seems completely absorbed in her collection, rarely coming to the surface to spend time with other dragons. However, the deep roots of Qian Xiu Cao caught her fancy as she was exploring one day, and they found they had much in common. They currently have one jade egg.
