Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Niera Fatera is the nighttime sentry for the Draconic Revolution, and spends much of her time haunting the island the various dragons rest upon in the hopes of discouraging visitors before they ever step foot on the island. She is, in fact, largely responsible for the legends of horror surrounding the place, and will be for years to come, particularly as she creates more helpers.
She is quite happy being one of the few members with no fear of having to eat Dragon Writer's vegetables, and has more than once mutilated the garden they grow in, saying that it adds to the horror stories of the place.
When asked exactly who will be there to take tales of the garden to others, she generally finds herself in instant need of sleep lest the sun catches her unaware.
