Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Aven is a snooty though determined beast. She has this sophisticated air to her and tends to look down on others either for inferior looks, strength, or status. Aven takes immense pride in both her outward appearance and physical prowess. She is a lovely looking Geode and spends great amounts of time polishing her crystals to ensure they are the finest they can be. But she is also proud of her status as a brawler. Despite the dainty looks, Aven packs a serious punch. She is incredibly strong, and her stone scales are not just beautiful but diamond hard. Though she prefers to assault others verbally, she is not above physically beating them down for offending her. Aven takes attacks on her pride very, very seriously and refuses to be mocked or objectified. On the flip side, friends of hers are comfortable knowing they receive the same style of protection themselves. Aven is protective of her company and guards them fiercely against anyone who may insult them.
