Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

It was a fine day. The sun burned in its throne, high above Luke's back. Normally, the day would be considered too hot for flight, but Luke didn't mind at all—he rather preferred the warm gusts of air and the feeling of the sun burning above him to the dim gloom of chill winds and low-hanging clouds. However, today, he had a mission. He was not aimlessly flying, he was heading to a mountain that rumbled and shook. He had been ordered on it by Sire Terrae Dwarsia, and though he held the dragon in low esteem, Luke had no right to deny the command. So off he went.

He landed near a strange crater in a mountain and peered into it. And what a sight did he see! Ember and Hellfire and Magma and Hellhorse dragons—all gathered together! Then surprise and joy turned to fear as he was spotted.

An angry roar, and suddenly, a white flash.

His newfound blindness is agony, and was cast from the Cave because of it. There is no mercy for those unable to help themselves.
