White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Issac was the third, and Leafheart and Felicity sometimes tease him because of that, but he didn't really care. His best friend, the person who stole his egg, took great care of him when he was little. Issac decided to take a "career" of helping the newly born hatchlings when they fall or scratch themselves with his healing magic. The other dragons call him "The White Mage" but he prefers his true name, Issac. In some respects, he has a lot in common with the person who took care of him, as the boy is kind-hearted as well as helpful. He cares for his caretaker, and his caretaker cares for him.
