Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Carliitooo, or by her preferred name, Carlito, is a highly educated Royal Blue Dragon. She is often seen discussing philosophy with Diddle and Pickle, a Split Dragon. Diddle and Pickle is Carlito's mate, even though they are unable to breed due to biological boundaries.

Carlito not only loves to learn, but she also loves to teach hatchlings her knowledge of the world. She takes a teacher role in her clan, educating hatchlings about the history of their clan and the world in which they live.
