Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Oddly enough, it has two heads that seem to enjoy playing with each other.

Its color appears to have changed, and it is now one solid color!

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Maelis is a stubborn little creature. Like a terrier, she cannot let go of a notion once it has entered her pretty little heads, and with twice as many heads, she has twice as many ideas to sink her two sets of teeth into. She does not take no for an answer, does not know where to stop, does not know when she has gone too far. But she is still a fun-loving child who spends most of her time playing with her brother Ezieh, with whom she is very close. One might even go so far as to call them inseparable, if it weren't for the fact that the term better applies to their own heads than each other.
