One of the frozen dinos, Little Bluepuddle is the cool one. He often tries, unsuccessfully, to impress young female hatchlings by showing off, usually hurting himself in the process. He also has a huge crush on Little Penny, a frozen chick, but he's oddly shy around her. The only things he's scared of are the Vampire Dragons, who are after him since he disturbed them with one of his stunts, and he thinks they'll catch him if he's alone outside the safety of the cave.
