Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Discipliner.

A short dragon with an even shorter temper, Whipstrike is not a dragon to be messed with. If any youngster has misbehaved, it is her job to discipline them with a quick strike of her tail, either on the back, or the wings, if the youngster has them. Whipstrike is shorter and leaner than most whiptails, but underestimate her at your own peril—she can easily outpace a cheetah, and has known to steal meals off dragons just by using her speed. Her skill with her whip tail is unrivalled by any other whiptail.
