Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lasoitin is cocky and enjoys showing off.  He will be always be literally running around finding mates and racing other dragons.  Humans are always attempting to chase him off or scare him with fire because Lasoitin has become a nuisance to their knights.  Even though he is desperate for multiple mates, Lasoitin has a particular crush on Mantoc and tries to impress her.  Lasoitin will usually get into fights and uses his "cunning" skills to evade and attack.  He has learned to speak the human language from the times he had harassed the humans.
