Failed attempts to experiment with magic often result in transforming dragons into these hellish creatures. They are extremely dangerous, and will mindlessly kill any living creature without regard to friend or foe.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mint-Smelling Zombie is Rainbow's, the scroll keeper's, first Undead dragon. Before the dark night that this deed was performed, Bonjiorno was his name. Unlike the other misfit dragons that were asked of their stance and perhaps their blessing, this one was not quite as thoroughly thought out—not to say that he was not treated with the whole of his keeper's heart.

Bonjiorno was a weak and fragile little Mint. He was telepathically mute, physically blind, and incapable of moving on his own. Rainbow held him until his weak little body couldn't go on, laying him to rest against the bodies of the other already sacrificed dragons, and then attempted to revive him in a less "helpless" body. This worked, and he roams about Rainbow's land.
