Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Bel'amatis, or as he prefers to be called, Bel, is a rather...Odd dragon.  He seems to enjoy frightening others, and none more than water dragons.  He is commonly found diving and swooping, sparks shooting from him like so many tiny stars, his horns alight with the electric charges shooting between them as he threatens to shock the terrified water dwellers should they emerge to the surface.  This has earned Bel a reputation for being unfriendly.  However, if truth be told, he simply enjoys seeing the expressions on the faces of the water dragons when he comes sauntering by nonchalantly.

Unfortunately, Bel has unknowingly distanced himself from most other dragons with his electrical antics, as they see him as nothing but a big bully.  He has but one friend—a tiny pygmy dragon with an odd affinity for practical jokes who he calls Skyle.  The two dragons are often seen together, plotting their next excursion to frighten the living daylights out of the others in every way imaginable.
